Staybull Flooring™ is made in the United States.

All Staybull Flooring™ products are made in the United States. Many other flooring products are manufactured over seas which causes many problems when we look at the overall effect these products have on us.

The first negative effect foreign produced products have is that they take jobs away from hard working Americans. Secondly there is no labor laws in many countries were other flooring products are made.

Not only do these foreign produced products take jobs away from the USA, there are also no quality controls in third world manufacturing countries. This means that cheaper eco-friendly flooring alternatives may contain materials that would not be acceptable in a product that is made in the US. For example many "eco-friendly" bamboo flooring products are available at a very low cost because they are manufactured at the lowest possible costs. So what so you usually get for this low cost???... Well 9 times out of 10 you get LOW QUALITY products. To cut costs even more some bamboo manufacturers go to the extreme measures as using toxic glues to save on costs. These manufactures are only concerned with their bottom line and have total disregard for the end consumer. Believe it or not some bamboo flooring products are made with dangerous formaldehyde glues which can emit deadly toxins throughout your home.

Staybull Flooring™ is responsibly manufactured in the USA using the highest quality components. We start with natural exotic and domestic lumber strips that have no additives or preservatives added to them. We can do this because our raw lumber does not need anything added to them because they are naturally resistant to rot and decay. We then glue the narrow strips of lumber together using non-toxic adhesives that are safe for you and your family.

So when making a choice for an eco-friendly floor please do your research because we are sure that our flooring product is the best available on the market today. Plus you can feel proud that you are supporting the American workforce by buying American made products.

Hydraulic Clamp Machine - This is used for making edge glued wooden panels that we will later turn into Staybull Flooring™ planks.

Radio Frequency Gluing Machine - This High Tech machine is used for curing glue joints in glued wooden panels in mere minutes instead of hours! This advanced machine allows us to produce large quantities of edge glued wood panels that we can later turn into Staybull Flooring™.

Sliding Table Saw - This table saw is used for squaring large edge glued panles to exact dimensions.

Widebelt Planer / Sander - Plans down rough glued panels into smooth boards. These boards are then
ready to be milled into Staybull Flooring™ planks.
